Set default Keyboard Language

Question

I added two keyboard languages, but i want one of them to be Default keyboard language when writing a mail, is this possible?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.3

I tried following :

Settings--> General--> Keyboard--> Keyboards--> edit and move the keyboard language to Top, but it doesn't have any effect...

DO you mean you want it to switch automatically to the default when you open mail? Not possible to my knowledge.
